if one has 5 or more of the symptoms,likely tt he/she is suffering from depression...

when i heard dis,i scared tiok..i din realize tt all dis was happening to me..i onli thot tt i was probably tired or just need a break or stressed or wadeva...i realized tt i was more tired den ever..lost my interest in the kiddies..dun even bother to dress up when i leave the hse...-haiz-
when all these symptoms were mentioned,it made me to a self-check...no doubt,i'm afraid...i quite scared tt i might be gg thru depression...8 out of 9...bad enough? *shrugs*
but fortunately..thank god,i dun hv thots of suicide or anything like tt..haha...
aniwae,had a lil tok wif adrian...which i think hlped alot...lolz..
juvia triggered the tears tho..actually fought back to keep in the tears de..but den juv noticed them...and triggered it..sigh~ and to think i promised myself tt i wun cry in front of anybody liao...haha...

oh well...
back to studying..or at least trying to..haha...
i need the discipline to concentrate and to sit down and study...-haiz-
